Raised in a ‘real estate family’ and being a former Director of Marketing for a national organization, Chris knows how to get properties seen and rented quickly. He is a consummate professional who can be found monthly at the local Triangle Real Estate Investors Association meetings or contributing to the Bigger Pockets Investment forums. With rental properties of his own he knows how to effectively communicate with property owners and satisfy their needs. Chris is often quoted as saying: “In order to maintain success, I must do an outstanding job for every one of my clients.”

Chris also enjoys using his skill set to support local charity. Formerly on the board for the American Cancer Society Triangle Leadership Council as well as supporting both the American Diabetes Association and Multiple Sclerosis Society thru cycling fundraisers. Chris is a loving husband, father of two, Eagle Scout and an Ironman Triathlete.
