Rachel Koontz

Rachel has enjoyed watching the Raleigh/Durham area grow up right along with her. With a history in buyer/seller brokerage and over 15 years in restaurant management she takes pride in bringing people together, spreading kindness, and having a "hands on" approach to customer service. 

Rachel's passions have led her to become a certified yoga teacher and a local singer/songwriter. In her free time you can find her kayaking a river, backpacking a mountain trail, working in her gardens, petting all her little fur-babies, or knocking down a wall in her home just to see what's behind it.
