SAM THE DOG

The perfect mix of Golden Retriever and Chow, Sam is a Durhamite through and through. As a stray, she was picked up in downtown by the Animal Protection Society of Durham in early 2011. Not long after, she was adopted by the owner of Acorn + Oak and has been a loyal friend ever since. Sam’s presence is a constant + welcomed reminder to happily greet each new person we encounter, take long walks, and to always be ourselves. She enjoys naps, rope toys, and cheese.
