Amber could be your local tour guide! She is a is a native of Morrisville, NC, where she learned the values of service, hard work, and dedication while helping with her family's businesses as a child.
Her start in property management began in the 2010's when her apartment’s community manager recommended she apply for a leasing position as a summer job. After starting in the multi-family industry, she built on her knowledge of leasing, marketing, fair housing, and property maintenance. Unwavering customer service, star leasing, organization, and fine attention to detail helped her bring her apartment community to 100 percent leased and pre-leased status. What began as a summer job while she was still a school teacher, became a passion and a place of continuous learning, leading her to pursue education again, this time in real estate. Amber has worked in the single family property management sector since 2020.
Outside of managing properties, Amber enjoys traveling, the great outdoors, everything artistic, and spending time with her husband, children, and fur baby.
