Anna Bloodworth has been a Property Manager at Acorn + Oak Property Management since September 2018, and she brings a really helpful mix of skills to the job.

Anna is a licensed North Carolina real estate agent and received her B.A. in Business and Corporate Communications from Elon University. She also spent two years studying Construction Management at Wake Tech, where classes like construction materials and methods, blueprint reading and jobsite management really helped her understand the whys of how a house is built, not just what to do, but why it matters. She's OSHA 10 certified and a February 2026 graduate of the Hope Renovations trades training program, so she actually knows her way around a job site, not just in theory, but hands-on.

Beyond the nuts and bolts of property management, Anna's trained as a mindset and somatic coach and is a Reiki practitioner. It gives her a different perspective when working with people and solving problems.

When she's not working, you'll find Anna hanging out with her two daughters, getting outside, or diving into learning something new.
