After graduating in business, Nayara decided to dive into American culture by joining the Au Pair Program in 2022. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Nayara landed in North Carolina and fell in love with the calmer vibes of small city life and of course the beaches and mountains of NC. She also found her life partner, Brendan, who is also an Acorn + Oak Property Manager. With her nine year background in facility management, she found that real estate was the perfect career where she can combine both customer service and property management. Her free-time is dedicated to family, Freckles (the family beagle) and Durham Bulls Baseball games.
